The State Government of Madhya Pradesh on April 08, 2020, prohibits the refusal of anyone to work in the essential services under provision of Madhya Pradesh Urgent Services Maintenance and Prevention of Discontinuance Act, 1979.

the Madhya Pradesh State Government, prohibits refusal to work in the following essential services from the date of issue of this order, that is, all government and private health and medical institutions:

1.       All health facilities.

2.       Doctors, nurses and health workers.

3.       Sanitation workers in health institutions.

4.       Sale, maintenance and transportation of medical equipment. 

5.       Sale, transportation and manufacturing of drugs.

6.       Ambulance Services.

7.       Supply of water and electricity.

8.       Security related services. 

9.       Food and drinking water provision and management.

10.   Bio Medical Waste Management.
