Government of West Bengal prohibits non-essential movement to prohibits the spread of COVID-19

The State Government of West Bengal on March 22, 2020, in view of “Complete Safety Restrictions” prohibiting non-essential movement of public transport, employees in government and private sector may remain at home from the morning of March 23, 2020 itself.

This applies to employees not connected with exempted categories as notified under Order No. H&FW/120/20/1 Dated March 22, 2020.
