Odisha Government issues the fixed of maximum price per dose of vaccine under COVID-19 vaccination Programme

The Heath & Family Welfare Department Odisha on June 11, 2021 has issued the fixed of maximum price per dose of vaccine under COVID-19 vaccination Programme. The Private Hospitals may charge up to maximum of Rs. 150 per dose as service charges. 

Therefore, it has been decided the price of vaccine dose for Private Hospitals would be declared by vaccine manufacturer and any subsequent changes would be notified in advance. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has communicated the price declared by the manufacturers for three vaccines being administered under National Vaccination drive.

Further, CO-WIN is putting the required validations in place to ensure that the price declared by various private CVCs don’t exceed the maximum price.
