MoLE revises the rates of Variable Dearness Allowance for employees employed in watch and ward

Labour Compliance

The Ministry of Labour & Employment (MoLE) on April 23, 2021, revises the rates of Variable Dearness Allowance for employees employed in watch and ward (without arms) and watch and ward (with arms) with an increase in the average price index of 2.88 points.

Therefore, the minimum rates of wages including the basic rates and Variable Dearness Allowance payable from April 01, 2021 (as per Corrigendum dated April 28, 2021) to the employees working in watch and ward (without arms) and watch and ward (with arms) will be as under:
