DGFT notifies online filling of requests for fulfilment of export obligation to DGFT RA.

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on March 30, 2021 has informed that the authorization holders are required to make online submission for fulfilment of export obligation to the DGFT Regional Authority (RA) as per Para 4.46 of Handbook of Procedure 2015-20. The facility can be utilized for Redemption, Surrender, Duty Paid Regularization, Bond Wavier or the cubbing of Advance Authorizations. 

• The related documents will be available for the perusal of the concerned applicant exporter under the DGFT website. For other related documents such as Non-EDI shipping bills, Non-EDI boll of entries, GST invoices, CA/CE/CS certificates, TR challans, BG/LUT will be uploaded by the applicant. 

• The authorization holder can create a license closure application by linking to the documents as already added to the repositories. 

• The TR Challan and Bank Guarantee/Letter of undertaking/corporate Guarantee will be submitted physically at RA. 

• In case, there is genuine difficulty physical documents can be submitted to RA. Submitted Physical document needs to be linked to the online application by RA.
