The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on February 19, 2021 has issued a trade notice for the issuance of certificate of origin (COO) (Non-Preferential) through common digital platform (CDP). DGFT has proposed to issue online COO (NP) as per the provisions in the Handbook for Procedure. All the uploaded documents like invoices shall be up for scrutiny at a later date. Further, a fee of 100 Rs shall be charged after the issue of each certificate.
DGFT has directed that the applications will be accepted online only after April 01, 2021.
