The Ministry of Chemical and Fertilisers on January 08, 2021 has issued an order regarding fixing the ceiling prices of certain formulations with their brand name, exclusive of Goods and Services Tax with the strength, unit and name of manufacturer and marketing company under the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013.
The following formulations have been taken into consideration:
1. Remogliflozin Etabonate + Metformin Hydrochloride Tablet
2. Aceclofenac + Paracetamol Table
3. Atorvastatin + Aspirin Capsule
4. Thiocolchicoside + Aceclofenac + Paracetamol Tablet
5. Metformin Hydrochloride (As sustained release) and Vildagliptin Tablets
6. Metronidazole and Dextrose Injection
7. Dapagliflozin + Metformin Hydrochloride Extended-Release Tablet
